Arcopak was founded in 1987 and was formed through the purchases of the equipment divisions of Twinpak, CIPand Bonar .

Arcopak commenced operations in the maintenance and rebuilding of packaging machines and still successfully carries on this practice although operations are now concentrated on the manufacture of Arcopak's own line of packaging equipment.

Arcopak is located in the Hi-Technology industrial park in Laval, Quebec (a large suburb of the city of Montreal) in a large faciliy of 35,000 square feet.
